The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the execution of CRM systems and a track record of optimizing system tools to their fullest. A creative, results-driven mindset is needed to seek ways to ensure that each USA Cycling business unit is fully served by system capabilities.

The Communications Specialist is responsible for managing, creating, and maintaining critical communications initiatives for USA Cycling. This includes developing internal communications, creating and distributing external communications, and managing media relations and other relationships essential to communication of the USA Cycling mission, Team USA athletes, National Championship events, and business news.
