Director of Event Services

The Director of Event Services will lead one of the largest and most important departments of USA Cycling and will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of thousands of cycling events across America each year while helping to grow participation in the sport by increasing events and racing opportunities.

USA Cycling is searching for an outstanding individual to guide and promote the mission of the organization through the Women’s Development program. The Women’s Development Coach will be the organizational leader of the Women’s Development programs starting with the junior ranks and through the pipeline to the elite ranks for the road and track disciplines.

National Events Director-USA Cycling 

The National Events Director will lead execution and preparation of annual USA Cycling National Championships and Calendars with an extensive understanding of all cycling disciplines. The National Events Director will provide oversight, supervision, coaching and feedback to existing National Events Managers. The role also involves a high level of collaboration, solicitation of ideas and shared responsibility for organizing highly successful events within the cycling community.
