Training Plan Design Seminar (New Initiative)

The seminar is designed for the self-coached racer to learn more about training for endurance events (basically any event lasting more than 3 minutes—so everything except the 200m sprint, kilometer/500m time trial, keirin, etc).   The main focus will be on road and endurance mountain bike events.

Each seminar will offer sections on sport physiology, periodization and training plan design, and some basic nutrition.   The seminar will include a group activity to design an annual plan for an upcoming event such as a time trial or one day race.

The seminar will begin go from 8:30am to 6pm on Saturday and 9am to noon on Sunday. (Some alterations in time may be necessary).

Riders of any ability level are welcome although we will focus on senior (>18 years of age) and category 4 and 5 racers.
