FOCUS ON SKILLS... barriers, run-ups, mounts/dismounts, sprints, bike handling, as well as strategies for efficiency during a race. The skills you develop in cyclocross can help you in any other kind of riding that you do--road, MTB, track. Plus, it's a great way to maintain fitness in the fall.
Each week will involve skills work, drills, and practice for about 1 hour, then a practice race for about 30 minutes.
