Search for Speed hosts pop up athletic testing and recruitment programs across Los Angeles County and select national markets. These pop ups prioritize recruiting individuals from underserved populations, aiming to provide opportunities and access to those who may not typically have them.

Top performers from testing sites and recruitment programs participate in a regular series of athletic combines that provides a robust assessment of one’s athletic potential and explosive power capabilities.

Athletes that meet benchmark standards in the athletic combines are invited to participate in a progressive series of three talent development camps focused in introducing the participants to track cycling under the guidance of Olympic coaches.

Standout performers are integrated into the Track Sprint Development Pool, training for a spot on Team USA and a chance at International and Olympic success.
