Twenty-four Positions Filled On USA Cycling Sport Committees
 
Colorado Springs, Colo. (August 23, 2012) — USA Cycling is pleased to announce and congratulate the winners of its 2012 elections. Twenty- four seats were filled on USA Cycling’s seven sport committees when voting wrapped up on August 15, and four Athlete Directors were named to the USA Cycling Board of Directors.
 
A 25th seat (Male Athlete on US Pro Committee) has yet to be decided, as there was a tie between Jesse Anthony and Lucas Euser. A run-off will take place September 7-24.
 
It was the second USA Cycling election held under the national governing body’s new governance structure. More information can be found on that structure on the Governance webpage.
