Sport Psychology Workshop

  
  


USA Cycling is excited to announce the addition of sports psychology workshops beginning in 2012.  The seminars will be geared toward endurance cycling although the information can be applied to distance running or triathlon.  So anyone with an interest in how to apply sport psychology/mental skills training should attend.

The first sport psychology workshop will be in Washington, DC area (Sterling, VA at the Hampton Inn-Dulles Aiport).  The seminar will be held from 8:30am to 5:30pm on Saturday, February 11 and end at noon on Sunday February 12.  The seminar will be led by Kristen Dieffenbach, PhD, AASP who is a sport psychology consultant.

The seminar will have a mix of lecture and small group practical activities.   Come prepare to share!

Registration is open through MYUSACYCLING>VIEW AVAILABLE CLINICS.  The cost varies depending on one's membership status.

Those who do not have a USA Cycling license can access the online registration by creating an account at the USAC website.  There is no charge for creating an account.
