			<title>Powers, Bruno-Roy still leading Cyclo-cross standings</title>

			<description>Four events on the 2009/2010 USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Racing Calendar were held last weekend: the Blue Sky Velo Cup and Beacon Cross on October 31 and the Boulder Cup and HPCX on November 1. With 26 of the 42 events on the calendar now in the books, Jeremy Powers and Maureen Bruno-Roy are currently sitting atop the elite men's and women's standings with 294 and 200 points respectively.</description>

			<title>Half-way through 'Cross season, Powers and Bruno-Roy lead calendar</title>

			<description>Last weekend marked the midway point of the 2009/2010 USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Racing Calendar as racers contested two days each of the USGP of Cyclocross Derby City Cup in Louisville, Ken. and the Downeast Cyclocross in New Gloucester, Maine. Halfway through the season, Jeremy Powers and Maureen Bruno Roy lead the elite men's and women's standings with 234 and 165 points.</description>

			<title>Preliminary call-up lists for 'Cross Nationals available online</title>

			<description>USA Cycling is on target to host a record number of participants at this year's USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships in Bend, Ore. We are extremely excited about the growth of cyclo-cross racing in America, but this phenomenal interest did cause issues during the initial on-line registration period. We would again like to offer our sincere apologies to anyone who experienced difficulties registering for the event between midnight and approximately 2:00 a.m. EDT on Oct. 10.</description>

Jonathan Page, Timothy Johnson, and Natasha Elliott all collected wins while  Page and Maureen Bruno-Roy maintain their leads in the individual standings with 31 events left on the calendar.</description>

			<description>The fifth through ninth events of 42 races on the USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Racing Calendar were contested over the weekend. Jamey Driscoll and Katie Compton took the pro  wins at Cross Vegas in front of a crowd of several thousand. Jeremy Powers, Dan Timmerman, Natasha Elliott, and Maureen Bruno-Roy also claimed wins over the past week. Jonathan Page leads the men's individual standings while Bruno-Roy and Compton are tied for the women's lead.</description>

			<description>The 2009/2010 cyclo-cross season is gearing up with the first four events on the USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National racing Calendar being contested this weekend. This year's series boasts six UCI category-one competitions and 36 category-two competitions. With all forty-two events on the calendar being part of the UCI Cyclo-Cross Calendar as well, the United States once again has more internationally sanctioned cyclo-cross races than any other nation.</description>
