PRT: Rally Cycling seeks late season title rally

  
  


(July 28, 2016) – Rally Cycling used strong results at the July 21-24 Cascade Cycling Classic in Bend, Ore., to close the gap in the 2016 Pro Road Tour (PRT) women’s team standings with seven events to go.

The Intelligentsia Cup powered by SRAM also ran last weekend from July 23-24 in Lake Bluff, Ill.
 
Rally tabbed six top-10 finishes on the week to pull within 77 points of first-place UnitedHealthcare in the women’s standings. UHC still leads the men’s standings with 726 points despite not recording any points last week. Rally Cycling sits second in the men’s team standings with 616 points.
 
Neilson Powless (Roseville, Calif./Axeon Hagens Berman) and Coryn Rivera (Tustin, Calif./UnitedHealthcare) continue to lead the men’s and women’s individual standings with 298 and 454 points, respectively.
