Pro GRT: Kintner, Ropelato emerge GRT leaders after May

  
  


(June 1, 2016) – Jill Kintner (Bellingham, Wash./ Red Bull-Norco Bicycles) and Mitch Ropelato (Ogden, Utah/SRAM-TLD-Santa Cruz) established themselves as early Pro Mountain Bike Gravity Tour (Pro GRT) leaders following strong showings at the May 14-15 NW Cup in Port Angeles, Wash., and the May 27-29 Mountain Creek Spring Classic in Vernon, N.J.

Kintner took wins at both women's events to tally 200 points for the early series lead, while Ropelato reached the podium at both competitions, finishing second at the NW Cup and third at the Mountain Creek Spring Classic to accumulate 150 points for the men’s standings lead.
