Pro CX: Leaders reign at Cincinnati-Kings CX


(Nov. 3, 2016) – Stephen Hyde (Easthampton, Mass./Cannondale p/b, Katie Compton (Colorado Springs, Colo./KFC Racing p/b Trek-Panache) and Denzel Stephenson (Boulder, Colo./Boulder Junior Cycling) fortified their 2016 Pro Cyclocross Calendar (Pro CX) standings leads with strong performances at the Oct. 30 Cincinnati-Kings CX in Mason, Ohio.

The Oct. 29-30 HPCX also ran in Jamesburg, N.J.
Hyde took the win Sunday at the Cincinnati-Kings CX to add to his men’s standings lead with 602 points, 209 points ahead of the rest of the field. Compton, who took over the women’s standings lead last week, earned second at the event to build her point total to 568, while Stephenson continued his reign over the junior men’s standings with 265 points thanks to a second-place result Sunday in Ohio.
