Post event forms and payment options are now available online!

Dear Officials and Race Directors:

Post event forms and payment options are now online!

Thanks to the suggestions of our Local Associations, USA Cycling is pleased to announce that the post event form is now available online in an effort to simplify the post event reporting and payment process.

From their “My USA Cycling” accounts, chief officials can access and complete the same post-event form they are used to completing on paper.

After the chief official has completed the form, the event’s race director can access the form and make a payment for the completed event online.

Here’s how chief officials and race directors can access the form:

CHIEF OFFICIALS
  1. Sign into your “My USA Cycling” account.
  2. Click on “My Account.”
  3. Click on “Online Post Event Search Form”
  4. You will now come to a page populated with the events you’ve been assigned to. If you don’t see the event you want access to, you can search for that event. If you still cannot gain access, you should contact your Local Associations Officials Coordinator which you can find here.
  5. Click on the event to gain access to the form and enter the data that you usually enter on hard-copy post event forms.
  6. The form can be updated and saved several times. If you input information and find that you've made a mistake, you'll have the option to go in and make changes until your Member Services Coordinator marks the event as completed.

RACE DIRECTORS
  1. Sign into your “My USA Cycling” account.
  2. Click on “My Account.”
  3. Click on “Tools.”
  4. Click on “Online Post Event Search Form”
  5. This will bring up your events, or allow you to search for an event.
  6. Once you click on the desired event, it will bring up the post event form. If this form has been completed by the chief official, you will be able to pay for your event.
PLEASE NOTE: Although you may now fill out the post-event form online, any one-day or annual licenses sold at the event, as well as any reports of occurrence, still need to be physically mailed in to USA Cycling.

If you have any questions about the new online post-event form, please contact your Member Service Coordinator.
