Online registration open for Elite Timed Track National Championships


2013 marks the first year that the nation's top track cyclists will compete for their national titles at two separate events: The Elite TIMED Track National Championships and the Elite MASS START Track National Championships.

Online registration is now open for the first of these two events, the 2013 USA Cycling Elite Timed Track National Championships, which will take place August 9-11 in Carson, CA.

The Timed Track National Championships will award Stars-and-Stripes jerseys to elite track cyclists in the time trial, international omnium, individual pursuit, team sprint, and team pursuit. Plus, racers will have the chance to contest a non-championship keirin.

Registration opened on Tuesday, June 11 and current registration fees are $60 per individual event and $225 per international omnium. .

On Tuesday, July 9, online registration fees will increase to $75 per individual event and $250 per international omnium.

Online registration will close at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, August 6.

On-site registration will be available and the cost will be $85 per individual event and $275 per international omnium.
