The Stenner and Kuck Collegiate Scholarships are awarded annually to the top male and female USA Cycling Collegiate riders, based on certain criteria including competitive, academic, advocacy and community service accomplishments. These scholarships are part of the USA Cycling Development Foundation. The applications are available each fall in the forms section with a submission deadline of December 1st each year.
