Development Camp: Team Registration Information
Team Registration for USA Cycling Development Camps
In order for teams to register and receive the team discount, they must use the coupon code. To get the coupon code, contact the camp manager for the camp for which you are registering.
In order for a team to register for the development camps, the following criteria must be met:
1) All riders must be qualified for the camp either as automatic qualifiers or granted eligibility by the camp manager. If a rider is not qualified, that rider cannot be registered.
2) The registration fee must be paid for at the time of registration.
3) You must register at least 3 riders for the camps to receive the group discount.
a. If you are registering 3 riders for a single camp, get the coupon code from the camp manager and follow the instructions below.
b. If you are registering 3 or more riders but across 2 or more camps, you can register them individually using the coupon code.
To register a team, go to your MYUSACYCLING account and on the HOME tab look under USA CYCLING EVENT REGISTRATION for the “Manage registration groups”. Select that option. You can either create a new group or use an existing Team if you are listed as a member of the team.
If you use the GROUP function, click on MY GROUPS. You will then need to create a group with a group name (such as SE Devo Camp). To fill in the group, you will need to enter either the rider’s license number or name of the rider. If you enter the name of the rider AS IT APPEARS ON THE RIDER’S LICENSE, you will be shown a list of riders with that name. Select the correct rider.
Once the group is set, select VIEW EVENT REGISTRATIONS and locate the camp for which you wish to register the group. Click on the camp for which you want to register the riders.
In the “REGISTER” pull down menu box, select the group you created. You can choose to register all of the members of the group or team or select the members to be register for that camp. You will then be taken to the check out screen and asked for the coupon code.
If you are already a member of a team and all the riders are listed as team members, you use the TEAM function and proceed from there as described above.
