USAC announces OUCH Sports Medical Center as sponsor and supplier

Colorado Springs, Colo. (March 18, 2010) – USA Cycling is pleased to announce OUCH Sports Medical Center as an official sponsor and supplier to the national governing body’s track development programs.

Per the agreement, which extends through the end of 2012, OUCH will be the official sports medicine supplier to USA Cycling’s track program, providing a team doctor and other sports medicine support for the U.S. National Team at select track competitions.

“We are proud to partner with USA Cycling to support its track cycling programs through the world championships and along the path to London in 2012,” said Dr. Brent Kay, Executive Director of OUCH Sports Medical Center in Temecula, Calif. “I would like to personally thank those that have inspired me to ever greater leadership roles, including Roger Young, Director of the  Home Depot Center Velodrome, Andrew Messick, Director of the Tour of California and AEG Sports, owners and operators of both the Home Depot Center and Tour of California."

OUCH Sports Medical Center is staffed with professional and courteous Board Certified Primary Care Physicians (M.D.) with specialty training in Sports Medicine and non-surgical orthopedics.
