USA Cycling is offering a FREE webinar to explain the rule changes in effect for the 2010 racing season. The webinar will take place March 18 at 6:00 p.m. EDT. Led by USA Cycling Technical Director Shawn Farrell, the event will be open to anyone who is interested in attending. To register, visit USA Cycling’s webinar webpage. Once you register, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration with instructions on how to join the webinar. You can either listen over your computer or call into the conference line. Please note that if you choose the latter, you pay the toll charges or airtime. Listening over your computer is free and you will be able to submit questions via a chat function.
