How Your Team Can be Team of the Month
Every month USA Cycling will recognize a different collegiate club in this space, in an effort to share ideas and inspiration between teams and schools. This is different from the Collegiate Club of the Year award; teams are not required to submit a lengthy proposal, produce fantastic results, or fall into any typical criteria. We are simply looking for unique teams with unique stories. You can be a small club of three people or a large varsity program,
with a long or short history of success. All you have to do is submit a 400-500 word essay on why your team is unique and why it should be recognized. Be creative. Include pictures or video if you want. These are the only guidelines, so have no fear of nominating your team as a candidate.
We're hoping other teams can learn from your stories, so keep that in mind, but we're also just hoping to get a better picture of the typical operations of a wide variety of teams. So send in your essays (I know that's a scary word, but you're in college, so you should be able to handle 400 words) to jhansen@usacycling.org. We'll let you know if you're selected!
