World Champ Sauser dominates at Sea Otter, Plaxton retains Pro XCT lead; Gould takes commanding lead with women's win

Christoph Sauser (SWI/Specialized Factory Racing) rode alone out front to take the win in the heat shortened USA Cycling Pro Mountain Bike Cross Country Tour presented by Sho-air men's race at the Sea Otter Classic on Sunday. The world champ took the decisive win in the 29-mile men's event to quickly move into eighth place in the Pro XCT standings after two events.
