USA Cycling MTB Promoter Payout

Dear Mountain Bike Organizers:

The 2007 USA Cycling Mountain Bike Promoters Incentive Program has been finalized and is available for payout.  The eligible USAC clubs and events are listed on the payout calculations spreadsheet here:

In order for promoters to receive their payout checks, these items must be completed:

1.       Submission of an originally signed w-9 form.  Hard copies must be submitted to the Colorado USAC office (faxed or scanned copies will not be accepted).

2.       If a USAC club has any outstanding (delinquent) post-events, these must be submitted before the payout checks will be issued.  The payout amounts will not be applied to delinquent post-events.
