2010 USA Cycling MTB Promoter Payout
Dear Mountain Bike Organizers:
The 2010 USA Cycling Mountain Bike Promoters Incentive Program funds have been calculated. Checks are scheduled to be issued during the month of April. The 2010 payouts are awarded to the sponsoring club for events that were held during the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
In order for the sponsoring clubs to receive their payout checks, the following are required:
1. Submission of a completed and signed W-9 form. W-9 forms must be received by March 15, 2011 or your incentive payment will be forfeited. If your club has already submitted a W-9 to USA Cycling and received promoter incentive payments in the past, there is no need to send another W-9.
W-9 form is available from the IRS website: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
Please mail to: USA Cycling

2. If a USAC club has any outstanding (delinquent) post-events, these must be submitted before the payout. The payout amounts cannot be applied to delinquent post-events.
There will be a change to the Mountain Bike Promoters Incentive Program for events that are held in 2011. In order for an event to be included in the calculation, the event promoter must use USA Cycling’s on-line registration service.
