The 2007 premiere race features a fun, easy, 9-mile course with rolling terrain terrific spectator viewing. The course includes the famous "Skateboard Park" descent, a twisting, turning tunnel of thrills. This is the spring opener for X-Country mountain bike racing and trail running series. There is going to be sweet prizes from great sponsors like Duke Speed, PieHole, Boise Co-op and the Athlete’s Foot. $1000.00 cash purse for MTB Professionals. Cash prizes to top male and female expert.
Location - Hemmingway Butte ORV Area, 17 miles southwest of Nampa, Idaho, off Hwy 45, (Reynolds Creek Rd.) Free, dry camping and clean toilets on-site.

These are detailed directions to the Spider venue:
Take 2nd Nampa exit (whether coming from east or west) Go south over freeway to Garriety, turn right go under railroad tracks and then turn left, and then right on 12th Avenue South Follow Signs toward Murphy & Melba out past the hospital. Go 15 miles and after leaving Nampa the road will drop down to the Snake River, where you will cross over the bridge, bearing to the left at the "Y" towards Murphy 3/4 of a mile after crossing river, turn right on Reynolds Creek Road - go 1.5 miles (keep driving thru smelly Dairy Farm) and venue is on the right-hand-side at the Hemingway ORV area.
