Ten officials attended a Category A officials upgrading course in Chicago, IL from April 8-10th. The course, taught by UCI International Commissaire Phil Miller, was an intensive three days that focused on the management skills necessary for our top officials. Students had the option of testing to upgrade in road or track officiating, or both.
