| Included in his short term performance goals are to finish in the top three at the USA Cycling U23 Mountain Bike National Championships, to podium at a USA Cycling Pro Cross Country Mountain Bike Tour event. Rob includes finishing on the podium at the World Championships, posting consistent results on the World Cup circuit and medaling at the Olympic Games amongst his long-term goals. |
