The Virginia Beach-based TriPower Cycling Club might be responsible for drawing hundreds of cyclists from up and down the East Coast to downtown Norfolk each year for the Conte's Cycling Classic. It also might be the club that hosts the Amphibious Assault Criterium on a landing tarmac for navy air cushion vehicles, but it's the club's membership that makes it stand out - a membership that grows the sport of cycling by welcoming anyone and everyone with an interest in two wheels. With 50+ members ranging from recreational riders to serious racers, and from lawyers and brokers to students and teachers - TriPower's members have one thing in common: They're committed to encouraging each other.
