Best Advice Received From a Coach When Starting Out: Think of a cross race in thirds: First third is positioning, second third is maintaining that position, and the last third is going all out!

Motivation: To be the best athlete and competitor I can be.

Cycling & Personal/Career Goals: In cycling to be national champion in cyclo-cross, and as a personal goal to become a clothing designer.

First Involvement in Cycling: I grew up watching the Tour de France each summer with my Dad, and when I was 14 he got me set up on my first road bike.
 
Family: Parents are Scott Dorwart and Lyndall Heyer...has a brother, Ian...her mother was a three-time junior national champion in alpine ski racing and was a member of the U.S. Ski Team from 1974-76...her father was a road cyclist and had a top
