Topics:

1)    USAC is building an on-line post event tool and need to gather requirements to ensure all user needs are met.
a.    Have ability to tailor it by LA to who accesses it and edits it
b.    This would take the place of post-event paperwork, CR report and/or Post-Event Payment report
c.    Bonnie: CR should be responsible for adding information, LA and RD should have view capabilities
d.    Judy: RD should have read-only access so they cant update numbers
e.    Bonnie: Maybe once CR submits data, then requires check-off via read-only for LA and RD
f.     Steve: CR should be able to report on the event (enough volunteers, etc) – valuable info to LA, RD should be able to submit feedback on CR, too.
g.    Fred: Only for races using USAC online reg
UPDATE: USAC has agreed to expand and accept on-line post event processing for all events.
h.    Eric Andersonsays that’s a mistake – idea is to open it up to as many events as possible
i.      Fred: Program will have flexibility by LA
j.     Steve Hansen: Data should be consistent across LAs so its quantifiable
k.    ??? RDs still want a receipt and check numbers on site
l.      Bonnie: They’ll get that online
m.  Fred: We will have some kind of FAQ, webinar, or explanation

2)    Determine who should have permissions to access to the on-line post event entry screen.
C/R, Race Director, or LA

IT can tailor permissions and grant a combination of different permissions for individual LAs.

3)    Are you interested in being able to file Reports of Occurrence electronically?
a.    YES
b.    Steve H: Needs to be a paper form, still, just instead of mailing it  in, you submit it online

4)    Other needs we have not addressed?
a.    Steve H: I think it’s important for everyone to provide feedback on how the race went (officials, RDs, etc)
b.    Judy: That is part of the filter-down of officials’ evaluations
c.    Don Patterson: I agree- I want it separate
d.    Gordon: Please let Fred know what you want in there, and we will look for commonalities to include.
e.    Steve: Maybe a post-race survey that USAC sends out to race participants
f.     John Patterson: What about electronic waivers?
g.    Gordon: We deployed it for 2012 license renewals and will be implementing it for 2012 event registration soon
