The 2013 Colorado Mini Classic - What a Weekend - 135 Racers from 12 States and 2 Other Countries!

We are very proud to report that the 2013 Colorado Mini Classic was a huge success!  

The race brought together 135 athletes and their families for a fast and fun weekend in beautiful Silt, Colorado.  Athletes travelled from 12 states:  Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, California, Utah, New Mexico, Minnesota, New York, Texas, Georgia and Colorado; and two countries:  Brazil and Kuwait, to test themselves on the roads of the Colorado River Valley. 

A huge THANK YOU to Event Director Bill Sommers, all our volunteers, race officials, AGR Tech, Guy Beesley EMT, the Two Rivers Cycling Club, the Holiday Inn Express in Silt, the Town of Silt, the Silt Police Department, Garfield County Sheriff's Office, A-1 Traffic Control, Down Valley Septic, the Colorado State Patrol, the USA Pro Challenge, USA Cycling, Colorado Bike Maps, Colorado Mountain College, Taylor Jung and the pedal/Cannondale Racing Team, Pactimo, Marty Albe, Bruce Hecht and BRAC Board members Vic Williams, Lynn Taylor and Clint Bickmore, and BRAC staff past and present whose dreams and hard work made this event a reality.
