30 sport committee positions will be up for election this summer

  
  


It’s almost time for members to cast their votes in the 2012 USA Cycling election.
 
This summer will be the second USA Cycling election held under the national governing body’s new governance structure, and 30 positions will be available on the seven sport committees.
 
USA Cycling members who are eligible for specific positions on the sport committees will be notified via email by USA Cycling during the first half of June. Nominations notices are now posted online, and nominations will be due on July 15.

If you are interested in running for or nominating someone for an open position, and you would like more information, please contact USA Cycling Technical Director Shawn Farrell at sfarrell@usacycling.org.

Members will be able to vote in their My USA Cycling account from July 16 through August 15.
