New for 2013, the top track cyclists in the country will compete for Stars-and-Stripes jerseys at two separate events. The high-speed action of Elite Timed Track Nationals is up first at the VELO Sports Center in Carson, Calif., this August.

• Plus a non-championship keirin tournament*
